Privacy Policy

Me @ Elks Lodge is a staff tool run by Palo Alto Elks Lodge #1471 for showing each member the contact information the lodge has for them and letting them correct it.

What we collect

When lodge staff sign in with Google, we receive their name and email address. We use them only to confirm that the person is on the lodge staff list and to record which staff member made a change.

The app shows signed-in members their own name, emails, phones and addresses from the lodge's records, and saves the changes they make there.

How it is used and shared

This information is used only for lodge business. It is visible only to authorized lodge staff, and is never sold or shared with anyone outside the lodge.
